I can’t thank Jim enough for all his help getting me to pass and on the road.
He was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease on every lesson and always went out of his way. The lessons were fun and not boring, he pushed me to get where I am and I’m very thankful.

Perfect driving instructor, would definitely recommend to anyone. The stuff he told me before test got me passed first time too, and through out all lessons he made me feel comfortable and we was able to have a laugh too.

Thanks to Jim, I was able to pass my test first time. He pushed me but allowed me to work in my own time which really helped with my confidence. On top of being a great instructor, he's also a great mate. He's a good laugh, kind, caring and wants all of his students to pass and do well in life, not just the test. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone looking to get their test done at a good price with a good bloke. Thanks again

Great instructor enjoyed every minute of it I had been with Jim for 5 months then had to stop due to work issues but I asked could I start again 8 month later and he took me back on kindly we got there in the end coudnt of asked for a better instructor by the end of it we became good friends had some good laughs I will miss it thanks for everything Jim. See u on the road mate

After starting off as an incredibly nervous driver who never thought she could pass, Jim was the best driving instructor!! Jim is incredibly patient and understanding I’m his teaching and helped me to understand how to drive to a top standard and was always incredibly professional in his teachings.
Jim helped increase my confidence significantly and I have enjoyed every lesson that we had as not only did I learn a lot, but I always had a laugh! I 100% would recommend anybody to Jim as you will learn everything you need to know and enjoy every moment.

I 100% recommend my dad, he might be my dad but he is an amazing instructor. He does anything he can to help you in succeed in driving. I was originally learning in st Helen’s and did all my training there and I got a cancellation in Chorley and we went straight there and he helped me get the confidence to go for it. Thanks to him I got a pass first time. 100% recommend.

Known jim for around 2 years now, not just a driving instructor but been a good help & friend too, we’ve both had deaths in the family when I’ve learned to drive with him but regardless he’s shown up with tears in eyes and the world on he’s shoulders, stayed professional & got he’s jobs done. I never believed I could drive and was going to do automatic, after my first lesson with him he gave me the confidence to feel like I could do it, I’m forever greatful for learning with him, prices are affordable and always get 24/7 help, thank you so much! Motorway lessons next! If you can teach me, you can teach anyone xxx

I passed my driving test first time with Jim about two weeks ago I can’t recommend him enough, he’s calm and explains everything so well but has a laugh with you too which makes everything that bit more comfortable when driving. He also helped me with my theory in order to pass that too. Couldn’t have done it without him!

Jim is a brilliant driving instructor, I was always nervous when doing a driving lesson everytime, I’m shocked I passed first time! He always made me feel comfortable&was so patient with me. Jim is a great instructor would recommend him to new learners! Was very patient with me and very good at explaining everything to me in my learning period! Felt really relaxed and also had a laugh on the lessons aswell. Always been a massive help and a great teacher can’t thank him enough!!

Highly recommended booking your driving lessons with Jim. Every lesson is a laugh and he makes you feel so comfortable and confident in everything you’re doing. Highly recommend booking lesson with Jim! Enjoyable lessons and always up for a good chat as well as learning. Failed twice (by my own stupid mistakes) but he always picked me back up and helped me not panic. As long as you listen to him you cannot fail.

Thank you so much for helping me pass both my theory and driving test first time you say it’s all me but couldn’t have done it without you! So patient and helpful, reassuring you all the time. It’s been a absolute pleasure to have my lessons, the weekly chats and laughs and being my therapist as well as my driving instructor! I know I’m not the easiest person to teach but Jim was absolutely amazing, took time to explain things when I was unsure and made me feel very comfortable. Big thank you Jim! Couldn't ask for better instructor. I'm from Latvia so it wasn't easy for me, different language, different country, other side of the road, but Jim is the best, helped me a lot to understand how everything is working. With second time i finally passed my driving exam. So big, big thank you!

I had been with Jim for a while both before and after covid. His patience and dedication was really motivating and pushed me to be a good driver and really listen to what he taught me. On lessons you would feel comfortable and confident in what you was taught and my development was great! I passed first time and the level of confidence i have now is unbelievable thank you so much for helping me! 100% recommend

Brilliant enjoyed every lesson with him he can be tough at times but thats what makes it better wants you to be the best you can be he is a great teacher but a better person have a laugh and a joke with you.

First lesson I ever did with Jim proved to me how much of a good instructor he was and that I made the right decision choosing him, as I was previously with a different instructor and I learned more on my first lesson with Jim than I did doing 10 hours will my old instructor.
Jim made me feel so relaxed and felt like I was driving with a friend as well as learning how to drive safety, he’s patient and very good at explaining things too students . I’ve enjoyed all my lessons with Jim and I’m quite sad that I will no longer be doing driving lesson, but over the moon Jim has worked his hardest to help me pass!! Thank you so much for all your time and effort and making me feel as comfortable as I did doing my lesson! Thanks again
